Randy Edmonson, Esq.
Mr. Edmonson graduated from Florida Statue University College of Law in 2010 and was admitted to the bar in September of 2010. During law school, Mr. Edmonson participated in the Children’s Advocacy Clinic representing the needs of dependent children in the State of Florida’s foster care system. Additionally, in law school, Mr. Edmonson was awarded the Antitrust Law Book Award and named to the honor roll on multiple occasions.
Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Edmonson began his legal career at the Office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. During his more than two years of employment as an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Edmonson chaired over 15 jury trials while representing indigent criminal defendants facing prosecution form the State of Florida.
In Late 2012, Mr. Edmonson entered the private law sector and has since focused his practice on real estate matters including landlord/tenant representation, foreclosure defense, real estate transactions, title claims, Homeowners/Condominium Association disputes, and private equity lending. Mr. Edmonson aims to represent real estate investors, brokers, and realtors in transactional and other needs. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Edmonson is a licensed real estate sale associate in the State of Florida.
